Experience

Herbert W. Yanowitz has been engaged in the practice of law since 1962, having operated as a solo practitioner since 1966. In keeping with more than forty-five years of tradition, Herb continues to set high standards in competence and professionalism in serving the needs of his clients.  He has handled the full spectrum of civil trials and a broad range of criminal trials from drunk driving through first-degree murder cases. Since he began practicing law he has handled or worked on more than seventy-five appellate matters. Herb is committed to providing service at a personal and individual level and strives to exceed expectations.

Dedication

Herbert W. Yanowitz is dedicated to serving the “underdog.” This dedication was developed in law school where he spent a considerable amount of his time representing indigents and appearing in state trial courts through the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
